During the COVID-19 pandemic, our lives are filled with a level of uncertainty that most of us have never experienced before. At Sterling National Bank, we're feeling it too, and we're doing all we can to make sure managing your personal or business finances is one less thing to worry about.
The well-being of our clients, colleagues and communities remains our top priority so we are following the social distancing recommendations. While our financial centers are open, we are temporarily adjusting hours, changing some procedures, and closing some locations. See the latest financial center update below for details.
For your convenience and peace of mind, we strongly encourage you to leverage the digital banking services available to Sterling clients, and to reach out to your Sterling Banker or Relationship Manager with any concerns or questions.

Contact Center Updates
Effective, Saturday March 28, 2020, our Contact Center will be operating on the revised schedule of 8:30am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday and 8:30am to 1pm EST on Saturdays until further notice. For additional support, we encourage clients to also send us a message by simply filling out the ‘Contact Us About Your Banking Needs’ form on this page. Briefly tell us your question and a Client Services Representative will address your inquiry within 24-48 hours. Please be sure to never include account numbers, tax identification numbers or other sensitive information in your message.

Due to current social distancing recommendations and staffing levels, Sterling’s financial centers will be closed on weekends until further notice and have modified hours Monday - Friday.

Personal Online & Mobile Banking
Manage your accounts online from your laptop or desktop or using a smartphone or tablet and the Sterling Personal Mobile Banking app. You can access account and loan information, transfer funds, make loan payments, pay bills, view cleared checks, place stop payments—and more. You can even deposit an endorsed check using your smartphone or tablet’s camera and mobile deposit.

Business Banking Online & Mobile Banking
Manage your business finances when you’re online working from your home or by using your smartphone and our Business Mobile Banking app. You can access account and loan information, transfer funds, make loan payments, pay bills, view cleared checks, place stop payments—and more.
There are also optional capabilities that enable you to review and approve transactions requiring additional authorizations such as ACH and wire transfers. You can even deposit an endorsed check using your smartphone or tablet’s camera and mobile deposit.

Commercial Banking Online & Mobile Banking
Sterling’s e-Treasury platform streamlines the financial side of running your business. In addition to accessing your account information and transferring funds, users can automate payments and disburse funds quickly with ACH and wire transfers as well as protect against fraud with check and/or ACH Positive Pay.
e-Treasury is accessible through multiple secure client access channels including our Secure Browser technology, Industry Standard Browsers (E.g. Chrome, Firefox), Secure File Transfer and Mobile Banking for straight thru processing. This provides our clients the ability to manage their businesses either on premise or remotely. All channels are inter-changeable for users to set-up on the platform.
